During my four years in college campus, I have seen the infrastructure of all traditional painting. With time, I came to realize that these traditional paintings carry numerous meanings and hold significance in classroom.

The above picture of Bhutanese traditional painting can be used in the classroom in various ways to enhance learning and create a culturally rich environment as shown below.

  1. Cultural Appreciation: Bhutanese traditional painting is a unique art form that reflects the country's rich cultural heritage. We can use the picture to introduce students to Bhutanese culture, explaining its significance, themes, and techniques. This can Encourage students to appreciate the beauty and symbolism depicted in the painting.
  2. Geography and Social Studies: Bhutan is a small landlocked country in the Himalayas. Displaying a picture of Bhutanese traditional painting can be an opportunity to teach students about the geography, location, and neighboring countries. We can discuss Bhutan's history, society, and customs, using the artwork as a visual aid.

We can use the picture to explore the history and evolution of Bhutanese art, discussing the materials used, the symbolic meanings, and the cultural significance behind the paintings. Yoga saved my life

Y oga is an ancient Indian practice that permits the mind and body to be in conjunction with each other. It incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, and stretches to allow stress reduction, relaxation, and rejuvenation. After graduating from twelfth grade, I felt burnt out from poor mental health where I often experienced anxiety and panic attacks. I also went through a period of torturous Bulimia where people with this eating disorder may secretly binge (eating large amounts of food with a loss of control over the eating) and then purge, trying to get rid of the extra calories in an unhealthy way. Celebrating Teachers' Day

Teachers awaited their day, the day that is coined for them. May 2nd is a very special day as it marks the birth anniversary of the Third Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, which is also celebrated as the Teachers’ Day in Bhutan. We celebrate the National Teachers’ Day to remember and pay tribute to the Father of Modern Bhutan and to either pay our respect to the teachers’ past, present and future who have sacrificed, made a difference and who are sacrificing, making a difference and teachers who will be sacrificing and making a difference in the lives of many who had, are and will be building the Nation.
