Reflecting on my experience in developing this blog, I can't help but feel a sense of growth and accomplishment. This experience has been both intellectually stimulating and personally enriching. I have gained valuable knowledge and practical skills, while also developing a broader perspective on the role of technology in society. I realized that creating and maintaining a successful blog requires consistent effort and quality content. 

To begin with, there are a total of five images integrated within my blog in which I have depicted my personal encounters with educational resources. In the first image, I provided an insightful depiction of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, accompanied by an explanation of the significance of the Bhutanese's commemoration of Zhabdrung Kuchoe. During grocery shopping, I came across the second image showcasing the conventional farming equipment used in Bhutan. The third image was floral diversity which I embarked on a local excursion and was delighted to be greeted with a captivating array of multicolored blooms throughout the area. The fourth depiction portrayed a picturesque mountain scenery, whereas the fifth snapshot showcased a Bhutanese artwork that was steeped in tradition. These images have the potential to foster discussions that are not restricted, promote analytical reasoning, and involve students actively.

In addition to the five pictures, I have shared my delightful and serene encounter with Hungrel Ney's adventure. My video vlog contains important cultural and historical significance relating to the experience of visiting a temple. This blog is composed of three authentic contemplations, consisting of a reflection on an article regarding ICT in education, a thorough evaluation of my personal learning experiences and ultimately, a contemplation on the utilization of ICT tools for instruction. My understanding has been expanded about the ethical and societal implications associated with technology. I have gained knowledge regarding the significance of maintaining digital privacy, ensuring cybersecurity, and practicing responsible behavior on the internet.

Overall, my experience in developing a blog has been incredibly enlightening and empowering. It has equipped me with essential skills and knowledge that are highly relevant in the digital age. The insights gained from this assignment will undoubtedly shape my personal and professional journey, and I am grateful for the opportunities it has provided me.

Yoga saved my life

Y oga is an ancient Indian practice that permits the mind and body to be in conjunction with each other. It incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, and stretches to allow stress reduction, relaxation, and rejuvenation. After graduating from twelfth grade, I felt burnt out from poor mental health where I often experienced anxiety and panic attacks. I also went through a period of torturous Bulimia where people with this eating disorder may secretly binge (eating large amounts of food with a loss of control over the eating) and then purge, trying to get rid of the extra calories in an unhealthy way. Consequently, my weight changed from time to time, and this affected my physical health as well. Nonetheless, I took the courage to come out and help myself before it was too late. Celebrating Teachers' Day

Teachers awaited their day, the day that is coined for them. May 2nd is a very special day as it marks the birth anniversary of the Third Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, which is also celebrated as the Teachers’ Day in Bhutan. We celebrate the National Teachers’ Day to remember and pay tribute to the Father of Modern Bhutan and to either pay our respect to the teachers’ past, present and future who have sacrificed, made a difference and who are sacrificing, making a difference and teachers who will be sacrificing and making a difference in the lives of many who had, are and will be building the Nation. The following pictures display the celebration of teachers’ day at Paro College of Education on 2nd May 2023.
